Forestry Mulching is a land clearing method that uses a single machine to cut, grind, and clear vegetation. A forestry mulcher or brush-cutter, uses a rotary drum equipped with steel chipper tools ("teeth") or blades to shred vegetation. Heavy duty forestry mulchers can clear up to fifteen acres of vegetation a day depending on terrain, density, and type of material. We specialize in clearing thick/dense wooded areas for clients. 

 Using the Skid Steer and attachment blades, we also prepare lots to build lots on. We prepare sites for future building. 

Depending on the size of your lot, you might need to file certain permits [like Stormwater Prevention Pollution Plans (SWPPP)]. No need to stress though as we can help you file those if needed!

 Since many of our clients are out of state, we also offer Project Management services to liaise with other contractors or government officials to help facilitate water or well installation, electrical and septic installations.  

 Through B&B Excavation, we are licensed to install septic systems for customers who are not on city/municipal sewer system. We can help you file your septic permit of if you already have a permit, we can install a system for you.
